Fit was too loose. Called was immediately given credit and suggested I buy the available customs size.I am still considering that option. Went to local True Value hardware which had them.

I ordered the wrong size, called them and said no problem. Emailed me a return label and all was good. Re-ordered the correct size and The are perfect! MADE IN USA.

I ordered the wrong size (10x25x1) but the size I need (10x24x1) is way more expensive than the wrong size. I canceled any future orders, will keep the wrong size and learn from my mistake.

What can I say about filters other than they arrive on time, in great condition, and do what they are supposed to do inside my HVAC system. FilterBuy is easy to deal with. Keep up the good work.

My apartment has a weird size I was unable to buy anywhere so I had been cutting down filters myself. These filters were the same price as the ones I was down, fit perfectly, and were made and delivered quickly. I'm very happy with my purchase!
