Love the idea of filters being sent as it is something that is often forgotten. I am not thrilled with the quality of the filters and feel like they will need to be changed more often due to that quality.

Priced right, looks to be a quality product and easy to order. It is not rocket science. And if you want to go to the top of the line filters, it will not gut your wallet.

It reduced the amount of air that came out of my unit and made the electric bill more expensive

Easy to order. Filters are the right size. Got them in a few days. Could be a little cheaper per filter.

I received my odd size filters 19.5x30 fast and they fit perfect. I have another odd size 13.5x 36 I will be ordering when my supply runs low.

I have odd sized filters, so i can never find them in traditional stores. Ordering my custom size was easy and they arrived long before I'd ever have time to go shop for them.Very pleased
