When I received my product the filters on the end looked a little crushed. I hope this doesn't affect the filter quality.

The value of a company is not being perfect, but when an error happens how they handle it. I received the wrong filters, which can happen. They bent over backward to see I got the correct filters quickly. Had me donate the wrong filters locally. Would I buy again YES YES YES
