Not sure how to tell if it is better? I am afraid the higher quality filter will restrict the air flow and result in other problems. Like over working the fan motor.What things should I notice to prove this filter is better?

I always get my air filters here. It fast and easy to order. I have three units on one that requires a custom sized filter. They get it right every time. Love it
