1st order - not a great impression

one of 12 filters ordered had bad gapping between the filter material and the frame, relegating the filter useless.

Order wrong size. Shipped them back and I guess they never received the return. I did reorder the correct size but never got a refund from my return

I'm not so sure these filters work the way they should. After two months of filtering air conditioning, I see very little signs of dirt on the filters yet there is dust on the furniture and other surfaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Something changed with these filtersI have buying them for years but the last 2 orders they caused my AC units to freeze and stop coolingI ended up having have 2 different repair companies look at the issueThe 2nd had me change to a different filter and that fixed the issueSo the last 2 filters ended up being very expensive

Held off on a review to see if the filter was going to fold from suction and so far it's holding up great. Two months into the three month interval. Happy with it, and to buy direct, and to buy American.
