Product was slightly too big and had to modified to fit in the opening, not a complete seal but at least got it to fit in my opening.

MERV 11 Custom Filter

I just put one in - looks to be ok, but have the following constructive criticism. 1. These are custom filters, and would be good to cover the old filter size from which they are made to reduce confusion. (see photo) 2. Because they were cut down, the air flow directional indicator was missing, and it might be good to put that on the new size sticker, or somewhere.3. There was no designated place to write the install date - might include that.4. The filters were a little bent, but appeared ok, because of damage to the packaging. (see photo) I'm happy to be able to get the proper size filter from your company, and hope they work well. Been having to get by with "incorrect size" until I discovered Filterbuy.
