Excellent Filters, Packaging Mishap

The quality of the filters that I received is amazing, however, when received them the cardboard trim of the two filters in the wrapping had adhered together and prying them apart caused some of the cardboard to tear. The integrity of the filter is still fine and usable but the QA could have been a little better. I will order again and give FilterBuy the benefit of the doubt on this packaging mistake.

Looks like an average MERV 13 filter that has been kneed on

Looks like the filter should work, but there are few areas where it appears to have had somebody's knee in it.The packaging did not seem to be kneed.

Purchasing Process Very Good; Will wait 3 months to decide quality

It was easy to buy the filters. The website was designed well. I got one of their best filters and will compare it in 3 months to the 3M product it replaced. Curiously, the length, width, and height were 0.1 of an inch smaller than the 3M product. Does that mean some of the air goes around the filter? Don't know.
