I've not installed these yet, but they seem to be of good quality. The price was good for MERV 13 filters. I will bump this to five stars if they work as well as claimed.

The filter size was not

The filter size was not true to industry norm. Consequently, the filter is loose and there is a gap on top of the filter, which the unfiltered air can pass through the duct.I had to throw away all the filters, go to nearest store and buy familiar 3M filters.

Filters don't fit.

We ordered 29 1/2 x 19 1/2. The filters came too large and won't fit properly. The filter measured 1/4 inch too large in both length and width.
