The filters that I ordered were really 16x25x3-5/8 Didn't fit and then had to pay to return, when that was not my fault. I think your business needs to be more accurate with sizes

the packing is unstable or insufficiently secure, and there's no option to customize the size to fit your product or equipment

I was needing some furnace filters on a Sunday afternoon. The gentleman that answered the phone was so helpful and kind! I was so happy so kind and easy to work with. Plus he was there on a Sunday afternoon! He explained the numbering on the filters. He helped me order 4 furnace filters. I had already had difficulty with the website ( my fault -I usually go to all brick and mortar stores and hand pick everything. ) He was able to quickly and with much efficiency get my correct size filters! Thank you for such great service!

Resistance?

Airflow resistance appears to be a little higher than the printed label but overall this purchase was a good experience.
