I had to cut down the filter in order for it to fit my unit. The actual size is different than what you send me. I make it work but not sure I will be ordering them from you again.

I have a skuttle 16x20 air filter. fits fine. I ordered a 16x20 from you and it is 1"too short and 1/2" too narrow. Now I'm stuck with a useless filter

I usually use a filtrate

I usually use a filtrate filter but decided to buy this american made filter by Filterbuy instead. It was not true to size and we had to make a frame to keep it from moving when the unit is running. I ordered 6 at once and am disappointed should have read further to see the measurement size is smaller than the manufactures size. Or 25x 20 x4 is actually 24 x19 x3 3/4.

Smaller than advertised
on October 8, 2020

Although filter is advertised as 20x20x4 it's actually smaller than that and doesn't fit properly in my unit. I'm afraid that particles will be able to seep through the sides where it doesn't fit properly. The filter also doesn't feel as well made as the 3M filter I had before. I doubt I will buy this again as the savings isn't worth it.
