Willing to try a new product - ordered 5. Only Question I have is the "true" dimensions. They are thinner than the other product I was buying. Should I have purchased a "5" instead of "4". System requires 16/25/4 but Filterbuy's "5" might be a better fuller width fit since the "4" is not as sung as a Honeywell "4"

The purchase process was easy, the filters fit my unit perfectly, they came in a reasonable timeframe and the price was reasonable as well.

This filter was not as advertised. It was an entire inch thinner than the 16x25x4 Honeywell one.
