What I love about Filterbuy

What I love about Filterbuy is they have every size furnace filter and they are always in stock. My furnace filter is an unusual size and I can only find them on Filterbuy. Ordering is simple and delivery is fast.

Fit could be better

The item that I bought is slightly smaller than the size of the regular filter. It does mot fit the enclosure correctly.

Company refused refund /exchange for customer mistake. Filter shouldnt be listed as 20x20x4. Customer was blamed for incorrect purchase.

Very Misleading Filter Size

I was very disappointed in the actual size of the filters I purchased. The actual measurements should not be in small print and should be within close to the actual in large print. I sent them back because I didnt want that much air moving around the filter and didnt want it rattling. See the photo. I will not buy this brand again!
