Poor packaging

Finally got around to opening the box. 3 of the four filters are crushed. I don't know if I can use them. Box appears ok but the filters are not.

Filters a bit smaller than other filters of rated size I have purchased in stores. Not sure what standards there are on rated size.

Air filter 14x25x4

Very hard to put filter in unit. Filter was marked as same size as one removed but frame was a little bigger and very difficult to put in unit. Had to bend outside frame and may have damaged filter in process. Dread having to remove/replace since bent.

Custom filters not cut accurately

We had to buy custom-cut filters for our HVAC system in July, because the size it uses is no longer available as an in-stock item. I was very happy that FilterBuy was able to offer custom filters, for which they cut off one end of larger filters to fit our furnace. I bought a case of 6. However, the filters are 3/4 inch longer than specified (not even within the claimed tolerance), so I have to either cut them again or smush them into the filter compartment. When these are used up, I will just buy the longer size and cut them myself - it does not appear to be difficult, and I will have filters that actually fit.Gloria Higgins

Your 25x24x4 is NOT any of these numbers. 3 5/8 is Not 4 or 4 5-16 as the Oem filter Im trying to replace. See the attached pic
