Took over a week to get the filters. When recieved they are not the same quality as we buy here locally and these they say were the premium filters.

I am very pleased with my filters, I had a problem with the sizes and called and a nice lady named Robin helped me , she suggested a different kind than I was using saying the one I was using would be more of a strain on my unit. I very much appreciate the suggestion. I will continue to order from Filter Buy.

I thought I was buying a Honeywell brand filter but I got some off brand I had never heard of. It seems to work well enough but I based my decision to purchase weighing the cost of a top brand.
