Even allowing for actual size

Even allowing for actual size and reported size the filter is about 1/8 inch too big in one dimension so I smashed it down and it went in.

I wish I would have read the fine print about the actual size of the filter. It is really not 20x25x4 if you measure the outside dimensions with a tape measure.

MERV13 Filter

The fit is perfect for our a/c air handler. I was very happy to be able to get filters with the quality and size to fit. We have two dogs and a long hair cat and the MERV13 filter has significantly lessened the particles in the air.

The sizes are not exact, which makes them about a 1/2 inch smaller than the full opening (in height). I wish they were more accurate in the size. They still fit, but have a small gap at the top. On my last shipment, a few of the filters were dented and one of the wrappers was broken open. Other than that, they work very well.
