price is fine, but they should have been wrapped individually. One of my filters will now be sitting unwrapped until use. . . . . . . . . . . . collecting dust.

Always the Right Size

When you give Filterbuy the measurements for a filter, they will make them to that exact size. I went off the measurements printed on a store-bought filter, which is actually about 1/4" smaller each way (and fits). Filterbuy made them to the exact size and I have to force them into the filter opening.

I know nothing about filters. I can only trust that what I bought is what you said it would be, because there is no way to determine effectiveness. All I can say is that I trust you. :)

Filter quality!

The filters do a great job they just dont fit tightly in the return. Ever other brand I have used fit tightly in the return vent. These say 20x30x1. I get a musty smell when walking by the return I feel this is from the filter not being tight. There is a small gap at the top. Your filters are not true to size. The reason I say that is I have NEVER had a filter of any other brand fit like this. I bought enough for a half a year so I guess I will have to use them. Thank you Teresa Ensey

Excellent service. I ordered the wrong size and they reimbursed me for it. I then ordered the correct size. Very fair und helpful, I can only recommend them. I have been with them for many years and had never to complain about anything.
