Do not purchase from this independent filter company just because youre trying to save a buck. We thought we were being smart when purchasing a years worth of filters from them given how much money we were saving. Turns out their same version of the Honeywell 20x25x4 Merv 13 isnt the actual size we needed. When trying to exchange the filters, turns out they dont actually make the air filter we needed and when we tried to return the filters, we found out we were responsible for shipping costs which ended up being twice as much as the filters themselves. So now Ive got 6 filters that we can not use and nothing that we can do about it.

Filters are not true size

I want to buy your filters, but I want 20x20x4. Your filters are not that size. I have expressed this several times previously. That gap allows a tremendous amount of dust to blow out everywhere inside the furnace filter closet. It also gets throughout the house. I have put a 1 filter in with your filter to close this gap, but it is a redundancy. I will have to go back to the Filtrate 20x20x4 which is true size. They fit and work better. There pleats are also even and yours are very uneven. Sorry. Their filters just work better. Thank you.

Too Small and Poorly Constructed

This 20x20x4 filter is considerably smaller than the name brands and does not fit properly in my air handler. Rather than pay to return them I was able to glue a cardboard frame to the filters to make them fit properly. The pleats of the filter are are not spaced evenly and are bunched up along the edges, which seems like it would not allow for proper air flow. We live in an area that is currently experiencing lots of wildfire smoke and I am not yet sure if they filter as well as the name brands either.

Box width may not match

I purchased this size, which was correct, but the original filter was a half an inch wider. I still used these filters and noticed a big difference in our in home air quality. Will rebuy if the box width was larger.

Even though the filter is good for 3 months, I have to change it out every month and a half which is needed. These filters are not cost prohibitive so I dont mind.

Does not fit properly

The size in the title is different from the actual size of the filter. It rocks back and forth in the filter housing. When you ak them about it, they point to the different dimensions in the description. Why would any human assume a different description of size from the title. Returns cost you time and money. I will throw them away and eat the cost.
