Not the right fit but...

Not the right fit but when I called #FilterBuy they let me reorder the correct size, & immediately credited me, though it was MY fault (not theirs). They also said I could donate the wrong size to charity, but I am sending them back. I Highly RECOMMEND #FilterBuy to all my family/friends/co-workers, & am happy to hear most of my co-workers already order from them! #Yay :D

I have an old home with a floor filter. You cant buy a pre-made filter for it. This filter fit perfectly.

Knock off Too Small, No Labeling, No Protective Wrapping

Received these today, they are not Honeywell products, in fact there's no labeling on the filter either to indicate brand or MERV rating. I ordered 20x25x5, but in reality it was just a 20x25x4. Also disappointed that each filter is not individually wrapped, no I have no easy way to store the extras I bought for when I have to replace the one I just installed. Woudln't recommend this website ;(

I love this product because it is convenient. Its a quality filter that is sent 4xs a year which is an instant reminder to change it out. My heating/air conditioning unit is happier because of Filter Buy.

Great filters

Thes merv 13 filters have made a big difference in our air quality. We life on a dirt road, and have to dust our house every other day, now we are back to the once a week. The smell in the house has improved as well. A lot cleaner. Definitely a repeat customer.

While I was expecting a Honeywell filter as that is how it was described, what I got was filters made by the sellers. They were not up to the expected standard.
