Fast service, reasonable prices. Even for odd sizes. I noticed the MERV rating isn't stamped on the filter, unlike others I have seen. Seems Iike it should be.

Did not fit correctly, size 20x25x4 is not actual size. Filters came almost 1/2" all around.

You shorted the size. Its about 1/4 or so smaller both width and length. It bounces around! Noisy.

Right size, on time, easy to order, not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Zero complaints. I refer others to you. Every unit in this high rise condo development seems to require a different sized filter, so the ability to specify any one of many dimensions is a great help.

How come each filter doesnt

How come each filter doesnt state on it the Merv #. ? Like most other filters.You put one paper in the whole package. Makes me skeptical as to whether or not their merv 13. LOOK AT RHEEM.
