Dimensions were exactly as stated. Other brand of 10 x 20 filter that I bought had different actual dimensions so didn't fit my machine.Very satisfied with the product and service.

Furnace called for non standard filter size. Found Filter Buy where sizes could be custom made. When received, quality exactly as promised and price reasonable. This is my second order and I will continue to purchase through Filter Buy.

Going from 1" to 2" filter

Best thing I have done for my heating system. The Sheetmetal contractor had made a 2" filter slot but only reqd 1" filters. Put this new 2" filter in and the air flow out into the rooms increased greatly. Furnace is a lot quieter.

the filter came bent on the corner was able to straighten it out and felt that it would work it still not completely straight but it works
