This 30x32x2 filter was a bit too big for my York ground source heat pump. With a little persuasion I got it into position. Good quality and great communication!

Furnace filter review

The size was great, fit good. Filtering element looked good. The corners of the filter were not as secure as they should have been, coming unglued. The corners made it a bit harder to install but should work just fine.

A bit disappointed. After taking

A bit disappointed. After taking out of the plastic wrap, I was hit with a strong chemical smell. Very unwanted in a high purity filter. After a thorough inspection, I noted that the ends where the filter material was supposed to be attached to the box frame, it appeared as though it wasn't. This means unfiltered air will bypass the filter.

All of my 2-inch filters

All of my 2-inch filters were bent, some took much time to straighten out but are okay now. Their condition may have been the reason for the discount and I am okay with that. I just did not know all of them would need to be worked on. The 5-inch filters had better support and needed very little work. It was worth the savings, but I did not read anything advising me the inner Pannels would need separated so they could function properly.
