Filter was slightly smaller than the 20X20 filter it replaced and would not stay in the side brackets. When I placed it on top of the old 20X20 it was about 1/4 inch shorter.

i had thought i was getting a Honeywell product, but this replacement is much thinner and cheaper looking than what we have been using. The numbers on filter are the same, but this looks a cheap knockoff.

quality looks good , but size and fit is off by 1/2" all the way around . All three measurement are too small by a half inch .

Filter pleats are not consistent

Filter pleats are not consistent and appear to be randomly set in the cardboard frame. The pleats are bunched up on the sides and stretched in the middle, not sure how it will impact performance, but the "fit n finish" is poor. Thankful for USA made products and a really great price point. Would be happy to pay a little more to get a product that looked better.

1st time buying was easy & seemless. Great price and if it does the job I'll be buying more. Took awhile to get here. Approx 2 wks+. Fits fine but measures exactly 4". The filter it is replacing also is a 4" but is more like 5". So it was an initial suprise visually and does not slide into the housing of the filter bay snuggly. There is a now a significant amount of play around the filter and I wonder about its efficiency. Any feedback about this would be great. Thank you.
