The filter did not work. it is not a standard size and 1/4 inch smaller then those at all home and hardware stores. returned for full refund

Great deal on these filters. We have three rescue cats, one of which I am allergic to. I've noticed less issues since switching to this brand. I change my filters every 45-60 days and noticed the filter went in bright blue and came out a medium gray color.

The filter quality is fine, but my opening is apparently the full 20x24 and my filters didn't quite cover the opening.
