AirFilterBuy has been very easy to work with. Easy to order and create an auto fill order. Now we don't have to remember to buy a new one - it will come automatically. Very convenient.

Filter Buy Purchase

The purchase process was excellent. I cant yet rate the filters as I have only had them for a short time. However I did notice when installing them that they were a little loose fitting. I would like them to fit a little tighter to avoid them moving around and possibly leaking.

Some issues on both sides ordering the right size filter but it was corrected very quickly abd money was refunded with no problems. Good filters!

SIZED INCORRECTLY

The 4 filters that I purchased sized 24 cx 36 are not 24 x 36 although they are clearly marked. They, in fact, measure 25 x 36 and do not fit. I need to get a refund.

Solid product at a Great Price

Received the product in a timely fashion exactly to specifications. A robust custom filter that held up well despite all the cajoling it takes to install in my ceiling air system. My one caveat is that the sizing increments are not uniformly in 1/8 inch increments - which would make a world of difference in ensuring a good fit. Fantastic product! Will be a return customer when this one wears out.
