Poor packaging

Finally got around to opening the box. 3 of the four filters are crushed. I don't know if I can use them. Box appears ok but the filters are not.

The website, purchase and delivery were fantastic. The store bought filters Ive been using are a true 20x20 and these are not. However, the fit was OK and I will repurchase when time again.
