Good hard-to-find filters. Great price.

I don't know why, but every furnace seems to have different size filters. The designers must throw darts at a board to see what size it should be!My furnace needs 20x21x1 which is extremely odd. Other filter websites want to sell me a custom-made filter for a ton of money, but FilterBuy has them off-the-shelf for a great price!The filter is adequate. It's not as sturdy as a pricey filter from the big hardware stores, but then it's only half the price and it holds up long enough to be installed, last for 3 months, and be removed. They always come out dusty so I know they're working.Thanks for making a good, hard-to-find product at a reasonable price.

I heard about you through a non-sponsored video on YouTube. RR Buildings said he buys from you. I looked y'all up and needed a size filter I couldn't find in ANY big box store...so I ordered 'em. They came in a few days and I'm on the first filter now. Easy and quick; I like it!

Order came quickly and fit in our furnace perfectly. Have brought filters at big box stores that were to large for opening even though they were suppose to be the right size. Very good quality.

I purchased two filters. Both were the right size but for the wrong model. Oops. I had made the mistake. Did not know that all measurements are created equal. Called and explained that they did not fit properly. They took care to help me get the right ones. Now on a subscription. I can just forget about the filters and know when they show up, it is time to change. :)

Service was excellent. I have recently installed new systems. I would like to know if I could exchange 16x20x1 as I am going to need to use a metal framed horse hair filter. Could I exchange the 16x20x1 for 20x20x1. And if so what is the procedure.
