The quality of my filters

The quality of my filters was poor. Wires poking outside of the filters, some were dirty on the interior accordion material and the accordion material was not folded properly. I asked to do an exchange and I sent pictures over a week ago with no response.

I asked for 14x14x4 and I received the 2 inch instead. I may have been my fault for not checking the purchase email before receiving these filters. Had to throw out the filter. I purchased the correct filters in town. Thanks but I will purchase in town in the future.
