Way undersized

The filter's dimensions are way under the product listed size. It does not fit well in the AC return enclosure and I am left with a large gap. Useless product.Never again

Oversized

The filters are a full 14" high Instead of the 13.5" advertised on their website so I have to cut them down & glue/tape them to make them fit. The company did give me a partial refund to offset the time & effort needed. This was acceptable but I'd rather have ones that fit.

Better than Big Box!

Better quality and cheaper than big box. I was able to go up in MERV rating and save money. Also, the filters are individually wrapped so they dont collect dust while in storage. I purchased a years supply for my home and it was a very smooth transaction.

The search for the perfect filter is over!

So easy to order and they slid right in perfectly. The last owner wrote the size as 25x20x4 and i thought it was strange because I never see that size. So i took a chance and got the 20x25x4 and it was perfect. I made sure to order the auto ship so that I will always have one ready when I need to change it. So many discount filter sites but these were the most reasonably priced ones and high quality! Would recommend.

The filter would like to fall through the holder as its actual size is smaller than required. The previous filter was a real 20X20X4 not an 'actual size' as shown on your filter. Pleats were not even. Many actually touched each other. How does the air go through.
