The filter is great but

The filter is great but the packaging is poor. The filter came in a box too big with insufficient packing protection. The filter was partially crushed and once installed in the air handler allows unfiltered air to escape past the filter. If this is what we should expect going forward well be forced to buy elsewhere.

Great value for odd size filters

Great value for difficult to find filters. My filters are a really odd size. I feel so lucky to have found Filterbuy. Because they are so affordable I am able to change the filters more frequently, especially during high polllen seasons.

The size was significantly smaller

The size was significantly smaller than it should have been. This caused it to move back and forth as the AC turned on and off. Ultimately replaced with a Honeywell
