Not True To 16x25x4 Size!

The filer and filter media seem to be fine. I just installed my first filer of the six I ordered. The problem is that the new filters are not fully 16x25x4. The filters are smaller, particularly the 16" width dimension. It and the remainder will not fit tightly in the filter housing on my Bryant furnace.

Who assembled these things? Drunk monkeys? Absolute lack of quality control. The 4 I got are completely useless. CS says they are working on it...been 2 weeks, what's the problem?
