Your responsiveness to orders is

Your responsiveness to orders is very good, unfortunately errors happened and half of the order was sent with the wrong size filter. Upon contacting the company they resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time and sent the correct ones. Of more concern is that the filters clearly state on the side of them that they are 4 x 20 x 25 and actuality the size of the frame of the filter is not. Your company is one of the few who sells Merv 13 platinum unfortunately you also try to maintain your cost lower by providing a filter that is not what is written on the side of the filter. It is deceitful but more importantly the fit and function of the frame when entered in the air conditioning unit is unable to hold its form an air escapes around it when it falls over with the room thats available. This is the first time Ive had this problem since I have purchased several times. The fit and form and function must be honored I will not be purchasing from you anymore

My AC unit is 13

My AC unit is 13 years old and was originally equipped with 2 electronic filter sections and were useless. Finally replaced the 2 - 4 inch deep filter boxes with a single 4 inch thick MERV 13 pleated filter. Ordering was a breeze and the filter works great.

filter was cheeseyier than I thought it would be, much thinner than the Honeywell filter I replaced I seriously doubt it is a merv 13, the construction was poor

I was having my air

I was having my air conditioning serviced and was told bythe tech that a 4 inch filter should be changed every 6 months, not the 3 months recommended by your company. I now have a 3 year supply, instead of a year and a half. Other then over purchasing, the service was excellent.
