Not true to size, questionable quality

The filter is actually not the advertised size - it is smaller than the one we replaced (it has an advertised size and an "actual size") and makes us wonder if it will actually do a good job. It also does not appear to be well made. I'd call it "funky" and I will go back to our previous brand next time.

I wish I would have read the fine print about the actual size of the filter. It is really not 20x25x4 if you measure the outside dimensions with a tape measure.

These are great filters, I replaced my heating/air system and the new one requires 4" filters. These fit perfectly and do a great job. I will be buying again.

The sizes are not exact, which makes them about a 1/2 inch smaller than the full opening (in height). I wish they were more accurate in the size. They still fit, but have a small gap at the top. On my last shipment, a few of the filters were dented and one of the wrappers was broken open. Other than that, they work very well.

Very undersized. Had to add filler strips to keep air from flowing around the filter. Kind of defeats the purpose of using a high filtration filter if the air just bypasses! Compared to my old Honeywell filter, smaller in all directions. Not worth the lower cost. Makes me very suspicious if Merv rating is also substandard.
