I have a different size

I have a different size filter. Once I specified it was odd size the right filter was found. Glad to be able to have a place to get it.

Poor quality

50%of the flutes were crunched up together reducing the surface area. This decrease the life of the filter. I tried to spread out the flutes but was not that successful do to the amount of glue used. Will look at other brands

They smell bad out of the box.

A lot of wasted $$ as I bought 4 of the smelly things. Air is not fresh and clean.. it's a very bad odor. Not sure if it's the glue, or if the cardboard parts are recycled cardboard.. the smell is musty and very offensive. I emailed the company to let them know.

Filter size and build quality

My bad, I didn't take the time to look at the actual dimensions of the filter before ordering, they are too small (by about half an inch) for a standard Honeywell enclosure. I reused the paper shell from the Honeywell filter and placed the Filterbuy model inside it. Also the pleats were glued somewhat haphazardly, not uniformly. Other than that, we'll see how they work from here on.
