Good filters but a couple of hiccups in the service

The filters seem to be really good and a good price. I have had a hard time finding HVAC filters that are the right size and two inches thick.My issues can with the service. First, I got the highest merv rated filters but I also wanted the carbon pre-filter, this ins't an option and I don't know why. Second, my family is full of asthmatics, I want to change my filter every 45 days and this isn't an option, so I got 2 filters every 3 months --which leads me to my last issue. The filters don't come individually wrapped. Storage of the second filter is a bear, It doesn't come wrapped individually so I have to carefully unwrap the first filter and rewrap the second so I can store it till it is time for next replacement.I like the filters, they are good, but I don't know about the service just yet. I found out about filterbuy from DIY youtube sponsorships.

Its hard to find a two inch thick filter in a big box store and they are expensive buying from a local Supplier. The cost of the three I bought was equal to one locally, its a great deal for us

2" filters

These filters perform equally as the previous 3M filters i was used to buy at 3 times the price AND they have twice the media of the commonly found filters in the market. I wish i have known how to modify my furnace to take this 2" filters sooner. Will recommend to anyone looking to upgrade to 2"
