Finally a filter that fits the box

Had a new system installed and a junk loose 1" filter was installed in the unit because they failed to install the filter box correctly. This solved all my problems!

First time Filterbuy user. Just installed (16) 20x24x2, (4) filters in each of 4 units. The filters seem well made. I'll check on them in a few months and try to remember to report back.

They don't fit Because of work going on in my home I wasn't able to put them in until today. Once they were in the door will not close so I cannot use them. What a waste of my money and I am extremely disappointed . Can I return them for a refund? Larry Bertolozzi

Well as I said before, at the beginning of the transaction you said I would get 10 % off by using this code number you gave me but at the end you didnt ask for the code number and it looked to me you changed me full amount ! So that I wasnt to happy about !
