Ok usually they are individually wrapped.

This time they were not wrapped individually. I get them all the time and they were not wrapped individual, but they will work.

No . Not as per clearly advertised!

They do not cut the filters as advertised (shown video) for odd size. Cut in the middle and pieced together 2 pieces which created inaccuracies on length and width and STRAIGHTNESS! All varied. Dont believe what they advertise and you may read and see! Soooo typical but too bad but they are guilty of false advertising or customer deception - no matter how slick or sincere their owner appears.

Fast Service & Great Quality, Not Quite True to Size

These arrived really fast and were quality products. I ordered multiple filters of two different sizes, and both sizes and all filters were cut a bit larger than my requirements. I could squish them in the duct work by really working at it, but I shouldn't have had to do this, and it was quite difficult to do while standing on a ladder with both arms in the air to put that size filter in! I still would buy these again.
