Short on size

wish they were true to size 12x24. Wiggle so much in the slot I'm afraid there are gaps in sides where air is not filtered.

I heard about you guys on the Glenn Beck program. I got tired of forgetting to change my filter and as a singer I try and keep my homes air quality as clean as possible. Now I dont have to worry about when its time to change them.

I did not know that when ordering the filter I needed to add to the size because when the filters were made they were made smaller than the measurements I gave they still fit but would have been nice if they would have been the measurements I requested

Not Sure I got what I paid for

Just because the label says Merv 13 doesn't mean that's what they are. I ordered 4 different sizes and noticed that the folds per inch were clearly NOT Merv 13's. Actually, they matched the Merv 8's I had purchased from them a few months ago. They had me take pictures but in the end, only replaced one set. I bought some filters from a competitor and my suspicions were confirmed. These guys spend their money on the labels, not the filter. Or horrible quality control.

Thank you for awesome service! I heard about your company first from the Dan Bongino podcast, and since the MERV rating of your filters are higher than the filters I had been buying, at a significantly lower price than what I had been paying, I signed up for a filter subscription. They arrived a few days ago, and the quality is outstanding!
