Your web page said to measure but I assumed that the measurements on the old filter were correct...they werent. Your measurements are exact ant that being said, the filters dont actually fit. I was in a bind so I made one of your filters fit into the old filter frame. It isnt the best but your filter material is doing an awesome job. I would like to return the other three filters...its really difficult to make 5 inches fit inside a 4 5/16 hole! Please let me know how to return. It was my mistake, not yours!

Much better than Filtrete!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have waited 30 days before giving a review, just to make certain the new FilterBuy filter was effective and that I could give an accurate assessment. We have four indoor cats and four indoor litter boxes. Even after finding a litter that is truly 99% dust free, I was dealing with excessive dust on furniture in which daily dusting was not adequate. Was using Filtrete 1500 and recently the 2200. Became desperate and decided to look online. Found your web site and ordered the filter with the highest filtration. Can't believe the difference--I now dust ever 3 days and then there isn't much build-up. Thank you for coming to my rescue.

Good filters but horrible packing

These are good filters that are custom made. My only complaint that keeps happening is that the packing is horrible. Every time, at least one filter is bent or partially smashed. Its unacceptable and easily avoidable with appropriate packing. Ill switch vendors once I find one that can do my custom sizes.

Furnace filters

My size needed is a difficult size to find(18X20X4). They not only had the size I needed but with different levels of allergen control and bulk packs. Shipping was very quick. Price was little steep but like I said, hard to find so didn't have much choice...
