Too big

The filters are an 8th of an inch too big in height and width. They didn't fit in the box.

Not the right size

After ordering and receiving the 20x24x1 filters. They are 1/4 smaller than needed on 2 sides. Filterbuy said it is an industry standard to be a 1/4 smaller. That is not true. Filterbuy then said they could make a custom size. 20x24x1. They said fine print mentioned filters are smaller than what you order. Not the way to do business in America. Wont buy them again !!

Filters do not fit their purported target

The filters were about 1/8 inch too large and would have been crushed or damaged to have been force-fit into the space on my heater. Useless.
