The size is 3/8 of an inch off in every direction. The quality of the material and filter look to be high as I purchased the 13 value. Too much airflow around the actual filter in the furnace however.

My first time trying these filters. Ordering was simple ant the filters came rather quickly. They fit in all the correct openings. I am anxious to see if our allergens are cut down.
