I could not find the size filter I needed so I had to use cut to size filtersThey are terribleThen I found filters.comCustom sized I ordered are perfect and were shipped in 2 days. So happy I found this company

My Window Filter

Am using the filter in the window of my San Francisco condo which has no screen. I do not have to worry about any Corona viruses entering as they are blocked by the MERV 13! The new size modification now allows the filter to fit the window perfectly!

Your responsiveness to orders is

Your responsiveness to orders is very good, unfortunately errors happened and half of the order was sent with the wrong size filter. Upon contacting the company they resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time and sent the correct ones. Of more concern is that the filters clearly state on the side of them that they are 4 x 20 x 25 and actuality the size of the frame of the filter is not. Your company is one of the few who sells Merv 13 platinum unfortunately you also try to maintain your cost lower by providing a filter that is not what is written on the side of the filter. It is deceitful but more importantly the fit and function of the frame when entered in the air conditioning unit is unable to hold its form an air escapes around it when it falls over with the room thats available. This is the first time Ive had this problem since I have purchased several times. The fit and form and function must be honored I will not be purchasing from you anymore

Good quality. Not the exact size of the others and only downsize is that its a static filter, meaning it doesn't fold up. Overall, they had it in stock, it does the job and it came quick in the mail. Very happy with the service and price paid.
