We bought this filtration system 2 years ago For allergies ; have been purchasing Honeywell Filters through your company. We receive filters quickly, notification on arrival is accurate. During this pandemic we are glad we upgraded to these larger filters.

It is so difficult to find Merv 13 filters locally. FilterBuy was able to fill my order, get them to me within a few days and they fit great.

Filter defective, going to request replacement or refund

Filter fits perfectly, however it was defective and/or broken when I plugged it in. There is a green light indicating power to the filter The green light is not on, however I checked the plug with my voltage meter and there is power going to the unit.
