The company stands behind there product. Purchased the merv 13 air filter for 2 ac units about a month ago and satisfied with the results of the air filters. Fast shipping, easy to customize and outstanding customer seevice. A++ service.I would recommend them. Give them a try.

The filters you sold me are helping me clean the air in my home now while we are enduring "wild fires".... We know arsonists started. The smoke in the air still comes in and thankfully the filters, 2 sizes, are helping us. Thank you!!

Nice product, but...

The quality and price are great, but the smaller measurements are problematic. The 20x20x4 (actual measurement 19 3/8 x 19 3/8 x 3 5/8) balances precariously in the slot it's meant for, I have to keep checking to make sure the airflow hasn't knocked it off kilter. The name brand I've used previously fits snuggly.
