My issue is with the

My issue is with the product itself. I expected the filters to accurately measure 4 depth. I was replacing a Honeywell filter with the same measurements as this product.The filter only measures 3 3/8 inches deep and does not fill the filter space in our furnace; thus making it ineffective.I am very disappointed and wish I had spent a few extra $$$ and purchased the Honeywell brand! Too late now to go through the hassle of trying to box up and return 4 filters.

The filters are only 3/4

The filters are only 3/4 of inch. All the filters I have bought from different brands the filter was 7/8 of inch or greater. This concerns me . Since you say it's one inch and it's not. Why is this? You do have nice filters, I do want thicker filters. What is thickness of a 2-in filter?

Saw the segment on "Ask This Old House" to make an air purifier with 4 MERV 13 filters and a box fan.Love the results: breath better, rarely have to dust, feel safer regarding COVID.You had what I needed, well priced, and shipped immediately. Can't ask for more.
