Who assembled these things? Drunk monkeys? Absolute lack of quality control. The 4 I got are completely useless. CS says they are working on it...been 2 weeks, what's the problem?

I love that the filters are made in the USA. I placed an order on one day and recieved them the next day. It is so nice to speak to an actual human if you have any questions.
