Sizing problem

The filters appear to be made well but they are about 1/4 larger than the previous filters I bought. Had to shove them into my geothermal to make them fit.

I bought three different sizes. Two of them were fine. The third doesn't fit quite right, giving a blowing, whistling sound when the furnace runs. This has not happened before in the 28 years we have lived here.
