Need to supply a rim trim of heavy material larger than the filter. Most A/C grills filter trims are little larger than yours filter. Had to use tape to hold filter in place, air return sucks filter up into duck.

Filters which aren't normally useable where others have been used for 13 years.

These filters are so fragile, the filter frame folded and wouldn't slide into the unobstructed receiver. I now have three unused stir wrapped filters. I want a full refund. I have alerted Better Business Bureau of the overstated quality and reviews which cannot pertain to the ones iIreceived. I've changed filters in this unit since 2007, and there have never been problems prior to this attempt.

I am unsure about the quality as MERV13 is not imprinted on the filter, how is one to know for sure that a 13 is a 13? Is there any way for user to identify? (Without the wrapper)
