This was the correct filter size, but it was not the same quality as FILTRETE (in the purple boxes).

I usually use Honeywell, size 16x25x4. Your filters were ordered in that size but are smaller and not the quality of the Honeywell brand. I installed one and will use them but will not be a repeat customer. Your company sounds great and I wish you the best. Lucille Mosur
