The only thing I would like to see is the full size of 4x16x25. Otherwise the quality of the product is good. Price is also good :+1: :ok_hand:

The pleats are unevenly spaced, and the outside dimension is smaller allowing unfiltered air to pass around the filter.

bad filters

The first batch of 3 filters were very slanted and unusable. You sent me a second batch which is almost as bad. Is there any quality control? Also the media which traps the dist is much thinner than the one i was replacing.

Need a true 16x25x4 to much gap around filter and can't take the chance with a new furnace having dust and more getting in the return air of the furnace.

Why make a filter and call it 4 when its not 4! Your filter doesnt fit tight in the furnace air duct and leaks un-filtered air into my motor and air ducts!!
