I have always had a washable filter so I was not thrilled in one that you used for 6 months and through away; but this has exceeded my expatiation.It has been in about 3 months now and is a grey color so it must be stopping some of the oily black that is all over the upstairs (ruined drapes and curtains, also all over the rugs and everything else in the rooms.) If you have this type of problem might want to give this filter a try.

The web site is easy to navigate. The shipment was prompt and accurate and the price very reasonable and competitive. The filters are all individually wrapped making storage easy and secure. I'm using the first of the filters and I'm very pleased with the result. Thanks for a great service.
